After Searching a lot on net, finally I got a working Ucbrowser (Ucweb) with download Supported (but no resumecapability).
Ok Download the attached file and Create a new Settings as mention below:
Proxy Server Address: 67.117.201.129
Port : 80
Access Point: airtelgprs.com
Port : 80
Access Point: airtelgprs.com
S40 Users can download the attached .prov file…
Note: Remove http: // before download a file
